Star Chef Comes to Sparta

Docs of Sparta is proud to announce a mighty pairing of restaurant talent. We have joined forces with Star Chef, Craig Shelton, the fruit of a longstanding friendship with owner Don Luisi. A small sample of Craig Shelton’s accolades include a prestigious Four Star New York times rating for owning and running for 15 years the number one restaurant in NJ. Craig Shelton was inducted by Relais and Châteaux as a “Relais Gourmand” Chef, one of only ten Chefs in America.
